Learn how to organize your chats into folders in Adapta One for efficient management of your conversations and projects.

Organize your chats in Adapta One by creating folders, moving chats into them, and using favorites. Create folders by clicking "+ Folder", move chats individually or in groups, and favorite them for quick access.
Click it to open the folder creation box.
Type a descriptive name for your folder.
Click "Create Folder" to finalize.
Choose folder names that reflect specific projects, themes, or categories to facilitate organization.
When you're already inside a folder and create a new chat, it will be automatically added to that folder.
Click the three dots (...) that appear next to the title.
Select "Move to Folder" from the dropdown menu.
Choose the destination folder from the list that appears.
Select the chats you want to move by checking the boxes next to them.
Click the folder icon that appears in the action bar.
Choose the destination folder for the selected chats.
Moving multiple chats at once is useful for quickly reorganizing your folder structure or when starting a new project.
Click the star icon in the action bar to mark as favorite.
Favorited chats will appear in a special section at the top of your chat list, facilitating quick access.
Use Descriptive Names: Choose clear and informative names for folders and chats.
Create a Hierarchy: Use subfolders for complex projects or broad themes.
Review Regularly: Do periodic cleanups, archiving or deleting old chats.
Use Tags or Prefixes: Add tags or prefixes to chat names to facilitate searching.
Favorite Active Chats: Use the favorite function for chats you access frequently.
