Can I change my plan during the subscription term?

The ability to change your plan during the subscription term is limited:

  • Guarantee Period: You can only change your plan within the first 30 days after purchase, during the satisfaction guarantee period.

  • After 30 Days: Once the guarantee period has passed, you cannot change your plan during the current subscription term.

  • Reason for Restriction: Since the initial plan payment remains active, changing plans after the initial 30 days would result in paying for two services simultaneously.

  • Options After Subscription Ends: At the end of the contracted period, you can choose a different plan for renewal.

  • Support Contact: If you're considering changing your plan, we recommend contacting our support as soon as possible within the initial 30 days to discuss your options.

It's important to make an informed decision about the plan that best meets your needs within the guarantee period. After this period, you will be committed to the chosen plan until the end of the subscription cycle.
