What to do when you don't receive the password reset code?

Before requesting the code to reset your password, it's important to check if this is your first attempt to access the platform. If so, remember that you won't be able to change your password without first having accessed with the default password sent to your email after purchase.

I recommend that you check your inbox, including spam or junk folders, looking for the welcome email from Adapta. In this email, you will find your default password. Copy this password and try to log in to the platform.

After successfully accessing using the default password, you can then change it to a password of your choice.
