How does the free trial period work?

Adapta does not offer a traditional free trial period. Instead, we have a satisfaction guarantee policy that works as follows:

  • 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • Full Access: During these 30 days, you have full access to all features of the Adapta One platform, including advanced AIs and other resources.

  • Service Evaluation: This period allows you to fully experience and evaluate our services.

  • Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the service within these 30 days, you can request a full refund.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, simply contact our support within the 30-day period.

  • No Commitment: There is no obligation to continue after the 30 days if you are not satisfied.

This approach is designed to give our customers the opportunity to experience all features without risk, ensuring they can make an informed decision about continuing the service.

Please note that after the 30-day period, the standard subscription policy applies. We do not provide cancellations or refunds, as we believe there has been sufficient time to evaluate our service.
