Where can I find the payment information for my plan?
To access the payment information for your current plan, you need to use our order management platform, Guru. Follow these simple steps:
Access the Platform: Go to Guru - Order Management.
Enter Your Email: On the homepage, there will be a field to enter your email. Use the same email address you used when purchasing your Adapta plan.
Check Your Email: After entering your email, the system will automatically send a message to your inbox.
Follow Email Instructions: Open the email received. It will contain detailed instructions on how to access your orders and view payment information.
Complete Access: Follow the provided instructions in the email to complete your access to your account on the Guru platform.
Once inside the platform, you can view all the details of your current plan, including payment information, renewal dates, and options to manage your subscription.
Important Limitations of the Order Management Platform:
Viewing Information: You can view your current plan details, payment history, and renewal dates.
Canceling Auto-Renewal: You can use the platform to cancel the automatic renewal of your plan. This means your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the current period.
Key Limitations:
You cannot request refunds through this platform.
You cannot cancel charges for your current plan.
Canceling the subscription only affects future automatic renewals.
By canceling the subscription on the Guru platform, you're only stopping the automatic renewal, not the upcoming charges. Your current access will remain active until the end of the contracted period.
