We understand your concern when a tool is not responding as expected. In this article, we'll go through some steps to resolve this issue.

First, it's important to know that it's normal for some of the available AIs to occasionally become unstable, slow, or take time to respond.

Before taking any action, try the following:

  1. Change the AI you're using. Try another AI available on the platform to check if the problem is with the specific AI or with the platform as a whole. We have several LLM options for you to test:

  1. If the error persists even with another AI, try clearing your browser's cache. This can resolve issues caused by outdated data.

  1. If clearing the cache doesn't solve the issue, try accessing the platform through an incognito tab in your browser. This will help ensure that nothing on your machine is affecting access.
