How do I contact Adapta?

There are three ways you can contact us:

  1. You can send a support request through our customer service widget. When logged in, click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the HUB.

  2. You can send an email directly to duvidas@adapta.org.

  3. You can send us a message on WhatsApp at +55 11 93502-6714.

What information should I share?

To help us serve you in the most efficient way possible, make sure to send all relevant details:

  • If your support request is related to a specific chat, please include a link to it.

  • Describe the steps you're following, what happens when you perform these steps, and what you expect to happen.

  • If you're encountering an error message, please send the complete error message.

  • Can you send us a screenshot to show what you're seeing? Or can you send us a short video showing the steps you're following? It's extremely helpful for us.

When will I receive a response?

Our goal is to respond to all email messages within 24 hours and all WhatsApp and Chat messages within 10 minutes. During busy times, this may not be possible, but we will always respond as soon as we can.

It's important to note that our customer service operates every day of the week, from 09:00 to 18:00, including weekends and holidays.
