How does the refund process work within the 30-day guarantee?

If you decide to proceed with cancellation and refund, simply formalize your request by emailing duvidas@adapta.org, stating the reason.

Our team usually responds within 1 business day, and the refund occurs within a maximum of 2 business days of confirmation (as long as it is within the guarantee period), depending on the payment method.

Upon requesting cancellation, our team will process the refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.

The timeframe for seeing the credit may vary depending on the payment method used:

  • Credit Card Payments: The amount will be credited to your card statement. This may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear, depending on the closing date and the issuing bank's policies.

  • Pix Payments: The refund is usually faster. The amount typically appears in the originating account within 24 business hours.

If you do not see the refund within these timeframes or have any additional questions about the process, please contact us. We are available to assist and ensure that the cancellation and refund process is completed satisfactorily.
