What is the cancellation policy for the plans after the warranty period?
We offer a 30-day period from the date of purchase for you to evaluate our service. If you are not satisfied during this time, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. To cancel, simply send an email to duvidas@adapta.org. We ensure these requests are processed within 1 business day, ensuring quick and effective service.
After the initial 30-day warranty period, there is no possibility of cancellation with a proportional refund or penalty. The subscription agreement (annual or quinquennial) is considered finalized, as we believe there was enough time to evaluate the platform and its benefits.
You always have the option to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription for the next period at no additional cost, which can be easily done through the subscription management platform on your own. This will ensure the subscription is not automatically renewed at the end of the 12 months.
It's important to note that even if you choose not to renew, access to the platform, all its resources, and remaining payments remain active until the end of the contracted period.
